PROYECTO FULANA

"Proyecto Fulana" is a musical journey that makes you feel always inspired by the old and the new. 

Experimentation yet love for the roots, are the most important things to make this music possible. 

The eternal "nostalgic feeling" of someone who has an immigrant heart and a suitcase full of memories but also full of dreams, is the key to carefully choose the repertoire that we play. 

Original compositions and argentinean (and South American) music, as well as jazz sonorities and improvisation, give to this project an original and innovative point of view.

"Proyecto Fulana" takes the musical tradition of Argentina, from Piazzolla to old school tango, through traditional folklore, to Atahualpa Yupanki and Mercedes Sosa and mixes everything in a way that only jazz can make it possible.

The saxophonist Yani Lombardi is the leader of the quartet and the composer of the original songs.
